Telehealth service area, not a walk-in HBC office. HBC offers appointments to eligible patients in Utah and Idaho. Confirm availability for your location and needs before arranging care.
Boise residents can ask Hormone Balance Centers about telehealth hormone care within its stated Idaho service area. The practice is Utah-based, so it is especially useful to clarify the Idaho appointment, testing and pharmacy arrangements before enrolling. You should not have to infer those details from a general treatment advertisement.
Confirm the Idaho care pathway first
Tell HBC that you are in Boise and explain whether you are seeking a first evaluation or transferring an existing testosterone prescription. Ask the team to confirm the appropriate clinician, availability and requirements for your visit. Mention travel plans that might change where you will physically be during an appointment.
For service information, read about testosterone replacement therapy or women’s hormone care. Eligibility for one service does not automatically establish eligibility for every medication or program offered on the website.
A Boise laboratory resource
Labcorp’s official Boise directory lists a patient-service location at Walgreens on West Overland Road. The Boise Labcorp location directory links to current location details. Check the laboratory service’s own appointment and collection information, not just the retail store’s opening hours.
This is independent laboratory information, not an HBC office or a confirmed HBC laboratory partnership. Ask HBC and the laboratory to confirm acceptance of the specific order, test availability, fees and how results will reach your provider before visiting.
Before you choose a collection appointment, confirm the tests and any preparation with your clinician. Ask the laboratory how it handles the order and returns results to an outside provider. Keep a copy of the complete report so an issue with electronic delivery does not leave you unsure about the next step.
Separate the provider, laboratory and pharmacy questions
HBC currently advertises annual TRT medical-care fees of $750 for patients new to prescription testosterone and $400 for eligible existing-prescription transfers. Ask the team to confirm your individual Idaho care arrangements and any laboratory or additional charges. The medical fee does not by itself promise prescription approval.
The pricing page also describes a separate pharmacy. Boise patients should confirm which pharmacy can dispense their prescription, current pricing and any pickup or delivery arrangements. Do not assume a Utah pharmacy listing guarantees Idaho fulfillment or includes shipping.
Boise telehealth questions
Do I need to travel to Utah?
HBC states that it serves eligible Idaho patients through telehealth. Ask which components of your specific evaluation can be completed remotely and locally, and whether any in-person assessment is needed before making travel plans.
Can I keep my current laboratory or pharmacy?
Ask HBC to review the proposed arrangement. Acceptance of an order, report or prescription depends on the providers involved; this page does not promise that every outside service will be compatible.
Is this a staffed HBC Boise clinic?
No. It is a guide to telehealth access for Boise residents. The laboratory listed above is not HBC’s office. For the people behind the service, see the HBC care team.
Evaluation comes before treatment. A consultation does not guarantee a diagnosis, a testosterone prescription or a particular treatment. For clinical background, see our testosterone replacement therapy guide and the HBC care team.
