Areas We Serve: Hormone Care in Utah & Idaho

Telehealth access for eligible Utah and Idaho patients. These are communities we serve, not a directory of staffed HBC offices.

Hormone Balance Centers helps patients explore hormone-care questions through telehealth. Use the city guides below to plan the practical parts of care: how to begin, where to find independent local laboratory information, what records to prepare and which costs to clarify. You can contact HBC directly from any guide.

Utah service-area guides

For an overview of remote testosterone care in the state, see telehealth TRT in Utah. The city guides provide additional local arrangements to discuss with the team.

Idaho service-area guides

Tell the team where you will be located for your appointment. Confirm clinician availability for your location and the laboratory and pharmacy arrangements appropriate to your care before scheduling those services.

How to use these guides

First, contact HBC. Explain whether you are seeking an initial evaluation or transferring existing prescribed care. Ask which appointment fits your needs and what information to prepare.

Then, coordinate any testing. The guides link to independently operated laboratory resources. Those links do not establish an HBC affiliation, guarantee acceptance of an order or include laboratory charges in your medical-care fee. Confirm arrangements with both parties before visiting.

Plan for review and follow-up. Ask how records will be shared, when results will be discussed and how to arrange your next visit. Treatment is based on an individual clinical evaluation, not on your city or a website questionnaire alone.

Care options and transparent cost questions

Explore men’s hormone care, women’s hormone care and testosterone replacement therapy. Availability and suitability vary by service and patient; the presence of a city guide is not a promise that every program or prescription is available to everyone there.

HBC’s published TRT medical-care fees are $750 for the first year for patients new to prescription testosterone and $400 per year for eligible transfers. Medication is separate. Review the current pricing breakdown and confirm laboratory, pharmacy and other charges for your situation. Quotes for other services should be requested separately.

Not seeing your city?

This is an initial set of detailed guides, not a complete list of every community in Utah or Idaho. Call or text to check availability for your location. We do not represent nationwide prescribing access or offices in every city, and visiting a local laboratory is not the same as visiting HBC.
